Of course it is possible to have questions about that. A well-known question is that which the critic posed here. How is it possible that in an inspired book someone seems to give only his opinion?

Maccabees
The book of 2 Maccabees does not fall into the category of Scripture and need no special discussion. In Romans 3:1-2 it is said: “Then what advantage has the Jew? Or what is the benefit of circumcision? Great in every respect. First of all, that they were entrusted with the oracles of God.” From this it is clear that the books that are read of old in the synagogue are Scripture and not all other sort of books such as 2 Maccabees that circulated outside the synagogue in the past.

Corinthians
Concerning the two instances of the first letter to the Corinthians Paul is saying that there is no specific commandment of the Lord about a certain issue. And that he as an apostle gives his view on it. What the apostle says to the Corinthians as teaching is of course a serious line of conduct. As all the teachings of the apostles preserved in the New Testament are inspired, these are also.

No Bible Contradiction

It is clear that the Scriptures are inspired and normative for Christian life.
